CLASSES

Creative Movement
Natural movement and skills are explored along with rhythms, music, tumbling, drama-kinetics. Emphasis is placed on personal, social, physical, and creative development.

Ballet
The classical dance, which is the foundation of all dances. Classes will emphasize posture, placement, basic positions, center floor patterns, and locomotion movement.

Modern
The experience of modern techniques is equal to the intensity of ballet and jazz with greater emphasis on the exploration of modern. Modern techniques develop a strong flexible body through exercise, combinations and across the floor patterns designed to increase the student’s sense of time, space, weight, and dynamics.

Jazz
Classes with the emphasis on rhythms, isolations, center floor combinations and across the floor patterns. Various styles of jazz are introduced in our schedule.

Tap
A class that works rhythms, styles, and sounds. Dance will be developed as class progresses.

Hip-Hop
A high energy class that breaks down the basics of break dancing and fuses together today’s latest hip hop moves. The instructor will get you in the groove with a conditioning warm-up, then break down several poppin, and lockin combinations. Created for beginner to adults.

Yoga - PIlates
YOGA will help you to maximize physical and mental energy, increase flexibility, improve body shape, and enhance relaxation. PILATES, emphasizes the core muscles of the abs, back, and lower body. Students will receive intensive training that not only reshapes the body into longer leaner lines, but can help repair injuries and correct alignment problems.

Boot Camp Express
A 30 minute fitness class for adults only. If you want to get in shape quickly and effectively and also have some fun, Boot Camp Express is the workout for you. High energy, military style strength, and stamina training with movements from dance, kickboxing, pilates and more.
