Modern techniques develop a strong flexible body through exercise, combinations and across the floor patterns designed to increase the student’s sense of time, space, weight, and dynamics. |

A high energy class that
breaks down the basics of break dancing and fuses together
today’s latest hip hop moves. The instructor will get
you in the groove with a conditioning warm-up, then break
down several poppin, and lockin combinations. Created for
beginner to adults. |

YOGA will help you to maximize
physical and mental energy, increase flexibility, improve
body shape, and enhance relaxation. PILATES, emphasizes the
core muscles of the abs, back, and lower body. Students will
receive intensive training that not only reshapes the body
into longer leaner lines, but can help repair injuries and
correct alignment problems. |

you want to get in shape quickly and effectively and also have
some fun, Boot Camp Express is the workout for you. High energy,
military style strength, and stamina training with movements
from dance, kickboxing, pilates and more. |
